event vendor application
Please complete the form to be considered for a vendor spot at a Main Street Enterprise event.
What event are you registering to be a vendor at? Vendor spots are $50 each. Registration includes 1 space.

If you have a current business license with the City of Enterprise, please send a copy to shopaholiceprise@gmail.com

If you do NOT have a current business license with the City of Enterprise, please contact the Revenue Department at 334-348-2606

ALL vendors are required to have a business license with the City of Enterprise at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Non-food vendor business license fees will be $25 for a one day license or $50 for entire year plus $12 issuance fee. For vendors who are home-based in Enterprise, a home occupation permit will be required through the City of Enterprise Engineering Department prior to Revenue issuing a business license. If the vendor already has a business license with the City of Enterprise, nothing additional is needed from the Revenue Department.

Food Vendor NOTICE and Business License Fees: Completed application, detailed menu and photos of equipment and set-up must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to event day to allow approval of Fire Department and Health Department. Please email this information to shopaholiceprise@gmail.com ATTN: Debbie Gaydos. Food Vendor Business Licenses will be $25 for a one-day license or $50 for the entire year plus a $12 issuance fee. Food Vendors are subject to the Fire Department clearance/inspection and Health Department (exemption and/or food permit) for each event after which Revenue will issue a new license for each event at no additional charge and update the event on each license for each event. This will ensure the Fire Department and Health Department guidelines are met for the benefit of Public Safety.
